The Student Instructor is responsible for delivering academic instruction to students in a small group setting, using the rotational model and activities designed by JIM Enterprises. Instructors must demonstrate the use of differentiated instruction and incorporate instructional technology into lessons.
The Student Para Instructor is responsible for student supervision during the program’s operational hours as well as providing instructional program support with JIM Enterprises’ proprietary materials.
The Parent Instructor for adult English language learners conducts lessons, assesses students' language proficiency, and creates a supportive learning environment that promotes language acquisition and cultural understanding.
The Parent Para Instructor supports adult English language learners by assisting with teaching and conducting lessons. This position collaborates with the lead instructor to create a supportive learning environment that promotes language acquisition and cultural understanding.
